David Thomas began working for Nevada Legal Services, in the Las Vegas office in November 2009.  He is responsible for accounts payable and receivable in the fiscal department, as well as managing office supplies and facility operations.  David has over 25 years experience in accounting, finance and grants management.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at University of Phoenix.  He is presently completing his Master of Arts degree in Education/Curriculum and Instruction.
