Cecy Roa first joined NLS in 2006 as a receptionist.  In 2008, she returned to our office and was promoted to the intake specialist position shortly thereafter.  Cecy was born and raised in Southern California. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. 

Ms. Roa interviews clients, makes sure they qualify for our services, and prepares case to present to advocate staff.  She also assists advocate staff as needed.  Cecy also goes out to the community to provide information on our programs to potential clients and community groups. She also performs the duties of a Notary Public.

Cecy enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
