Family Law
Nevada Legal Services only practices limited family law. Generally, our assistance in family law matters is limited to our pro bono program, although we may evaluate family law matters on a case by case basis to determine if we will be able to provide further assistance. The staff of Nevada Legal Services also help low income Nevadans with guardianship matters, often with a referral from the State of Nevada Division of Welfare and Supportive Services through the Kinship Care program. The Clark County Family Law Self-Help Center does provide information and limited assistance in all matters of family law and is located on the first floor of the Family Division Courthouse. The Family Court is located at 601 N. Pecos, Las Vegas, NV 89155. You can access the family law self-help forms here.
